Easter is such a joyful holiday. It marks the beginning of Spring, with the first real debut of floral décor for the season, and is an opportunity to spend time with your family and friends. So many bright memories are built around Easter Weekend, from painting and decorating little Easter eggs, to stuffing yourself with chocolate bunnies (or in my case, stuffing my cheeks full with lil Marshmallow Peeps).

However, Easter Weekend also means you can eat all the sweet, Spring-esque Pie your heart desires. Some of our most popular Easter Weekend flavors are Coconut Cream, Key Lime, and Lemon Chess.
The Coconut Cream is a year-round favorite, with vanilla pastry cream and toasted coconuts, topped with a homemade whipped cream in an all-butter crust. This pie is perfect for the table on Easter weekend, with its light notes.
Our Key Lime pie is made with fresh squeezed lime juice and lime zest, with a homemade graham cracker crust, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream and lime zest. This flavor is a delightful combination of sweet and tart, and is one of our most popular, seasonal pies.
Last but not least, our Lemon Chess pie is sunshine in an all-butter crust: sweet vanilla custard with lemon juice and zest. Not only does it sit gorgeous and bright on the table for Easter, it is sweet and refreshing! Imagine a lemon bar, but in pie form.

If Sunday Brunch is part of your Easter Weekend celebration – guess what: we have got some quiche to share around the table, too! We carry 10” Take ‘N’ Bake Bacon, Cheddar & Chives Quiche, as well as Spinach, Red Pepper & Feta Quiche. Our Quiches do come frozen, and can be pre-ordered online or picked up at the shop. These savory pies serve 8 slices, and are the perfect breakfast/brunch solution for the weekend (and best of all, they only take 25-30 minutes to bake at home).
