A Day at the Market.

A Day at the Market.

Woodstock Farmer's Market on Saturday, July 25, 2015.

As many of you know, attending a local farmers market has become the new brunch. I don't mean you attend the market in place of brunch, but instead the farmers market has reached brunch status.

Oh, we shall-ot. hehe

Farmers markets have been around for, uh let me think ... EVER, but lately they are no longer a place to go and buy a (live) chicken (that you had to slaughter yourself!?!?) or a measly head of lettuce. Nay, farmers markets are now drawing in crowds in search of the best produce, household products, and dare we say -- pie!?

With so many different markets to choose from in Georgia alone, it can be a daunting task just deciding which market to visit. We may be biased, BUT we believe that the best farmers market North of the gnat line is the Downtown Woodstock Farmers Market. We loooveeeee (so many heart eyed emojis) the  Downtown Woodstock Farmers Market. Seriously. Great vendors, super-great customers, perfect location, fantastic weather, delicious pie, and so on and so forth.

We love the Woodstock Farmers Market so much that we spend every Saturday morning during market season (May - December) pushing pie from 8:30am - noon. We sell pie by the slice, whole pies, and if you catch us on a special day -- we even have mini-pies.

So next time you're unsure how to spend your Saturday morning, head over to Market Street in Downtown Woodstock and check us and the other amazing vendors out.

 Until next time, pie hards*.

 Byye.

*People who are die-hards for pie.
