As we say goodbye to September, we can happily pass the torch to October! With the changing of the month, some truly fantastic events start to pop up here in Downtown Woodstock! Today I would like to go through at least, three of these wonderful events. So sit back and relax, as I tell you some of the fun events happening around Woodstock!
Woodstock Scarecrow Invasion
That is right my friends it is that time again, it is time for the scarecrows to come on back to Downtown Woodstock! This year is sure to be the biggest, best one yet! Many of the local businesses get together and all along the grassy plains, you will see a vast array of Scarecrows that are sure to enchant and excite. These scarecrows all put the local business's personalities on display, always sure to bring a smile to the faces of kids and adults everywhere. So be sure to take an around, and of course, be sure to keep an eye out for Pie Bar's very own scarecrow!
2021 Rock The Stock Concert Event
Hosted by the Boy's & Girl's Club of Cherokee County, this fantastic event is sure to get Downtown Woodstock rocking! This event will be held at the wonderful, Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater. This is not only a great event as it will have plenty of musical acts, such as Rodney Atkins, Pryor & Lee, as well as Eric Dodd! This event will also feature all sorts of local vendors as well, making it a great way to support the community! Needless to say, if you are looking for a super fun event on October 14th, then this is the event for you!
WDSTKtoberfest Pub Crawl
On October 2nd, the final pub crawl of the 2021 series will be underway! This fantastic series has been a favorite all throughout the year, bringing drink lovers all together! Something really cool is there is a bit of activity with them, as you will be given a stamp sheet that you will want to be sure to fill. As if you get five stamps, you can redeem them for a prize to honor your time at the pub crawl! So regardless if you are doing it for the prize, or if you are doing it just for the fun of it. Be sure to mark your calendars, as this is sure to be an unforgettable time!
