What Flavors are Available for Christmas?
We will serve our normal winter menu the weeks leading up to Christmas. We switch over to our “Christmas Menu” for Saturday, December 21st, Sunday, December 22nd and Monday, December 23rd. Only pies from the Christmas Menu will be available on the 21st - 23rd.

When Do I Order My Christmas Pies?
We started taking orders for Christmas Pies on Friday, November 29th. You can order online, over the phone, or in-person. All pies must be paid for at the time of ordering.

We will be shipping Pies for Christmas this year; however the order cut-off dates are different. More details below.
How Do I Order My Christmas Pies?
You can order your Christmas Pie online, over the phone, or in-person.
Online: You can visit our website (OrderPieBar.com). Then select the “Christmas Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay online to confirm your order.
Over the Phone: A Pie Bar Team Member will assist you by filling out the information needed on our website (OrderPieBar.Com). They will select the “Christmas Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay over the phone to confirm your order.
In Person: You can visit our shop where a Pie Bar Team Member will assist you by filling out the information needed on our website (OrderPieBar.Com). They will select the “Christmas Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay at the time of ordering to confirm your order.

When is the Cut Off (the Last Day) to pre-order a pie for Christmas?
The cut off (last day) to pre-order a pie for Christmas Week is Friday, December 20th at 5pm. The website will close all ordering for Christmas (December 21st - December 23rd) at 5:00pm, and we will STOP accepting orders over the phone and in-person on Friday, December 20th at 5:00pm.

After orders close on Friday, December 20th, 2019, at 5pm, there are no refunds, replacements or edits to your Christmas pie order, no exceptions.
Please note, we recommend placing your order earlier rather than later. Certain pick-up dates are more popular and will “Sell-Out” before others.

What are the pick-up days for Christmas Pies?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we ask that when you order your pie, you choose your pick up date and time carefully. Once Christmas Pie orders close on December 20th at 5pm, this information cannot be altered, edited, refunded, canceled, or replaced. No exceptions.
In years past, we have strongly encouraged you come to pick up your Christmas Week Pie during your pre-selected time and date; however this year, we are requiring pick-up only during your pre-selected time and date. If you come at the wrong time, you will be asked to return at the correct time or day to pick up your Christmas Week Pie.

Should I Order a Pie Ahead of Time or Just Walk-In and Pick One Up during Christmas Week?
We strongly encourage you pre-order your Christmas Pie. If you choose not to pre-order, you are not guaranteed a pie.

If time allows, we bake extra pies for Christmas, and those pies are considered “Walk-In” Pies. They are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. These pies cannot be reserved ahead of time, no exceptions. You cannot call and place one on hold during Christmas week, no exceptions.
Will Savory Pies be Available for Purchase during Christmas?
For the first time ever, we will be offering our 10” Take & Bake Rosemary Chicken Pot Pie and our 10” Take & Bake Roasted Veggie Pot Pie for Christmas Pick Ups (No Shipping).

Will the quarts of Flux Vanilla Ice Cream be Available during Christmas?
Yes! We want to save you a trip to the grocery store, so pre-order a quart of locally made Flux Ice Cream and pick it up with your pie during Christmas. We will have limited supplies for Walk-In Purchase.
Why Have I Seen People Lining Up in Your Parking Lot During Christmas?
With our limited square footage, we need all the space we can get. This means the retail portion of our store will be closed to the public on Monday, December 23rd. Pending volume of orders, we may close the retail portion of the store on Sunday, December 22nd as well.
We will have ONE windows designated for pre-orders and ONE window for walk-ins. Both windows will be labeled clearly, and we will have staff walking around the parking lot to ensure you are in the correct line.

What if I Want to Order a Pie That is Not on the Christmas Menu?
Due to the volume of pies baked during Christmas, we limit our menu to the flavors previously listed. However, we understand that you may have had your heart set on a different flavor from our Winter 2019 Menu.
Certain flavors from our Winter Menu do freeze well, and can be purchased up to three months before Christmas, kept frozen, and then thawed and reheated in your oven on Christmas Day. We can provide storing and reheating instructions for you if requested.

Can I Use My Pie Club Membership During the Week of Christmas?

What if I Want to Ship a Pie to Someone for Christmas?
We are proud to ship our pies anywhere in the continental United States through UPS 2nd Day Air.
Due to the high volume of packages being shipped at this time, we will be shipping out Christmas Pies the week prior to Christmas: Monday, December 16th; Tuesday, December 17th; Wednesday, December 18th.
Once the pie arrives, there will be a care card included with instructions on re-freezing the pie until Christmas!

Orders for Shipping Pies for Christmas will close on Friday, December 13th at 9pm.
During the checkout shipment section, your rates will be calculated based on destination zip code and total weight.
